Shipping Fee
Our shipping fee consists of two components:
- Regular goods: Skates, wheels, frames & other accessories (excl. helmets, bags, protective gear)
- Volumetric goods: Helmets, bags, protective gear (priced by volumetric weight)
The total shipping fee is the sum of the above two parts. Shipping fee discounts and free shipping are available for all service countries — please check the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Shipping Time
In-stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–12 business days after shipment, with slight variations based on your delivery address.
For pre-order items, shipping time is subject to the committed date stated in your order. We will contact you in advance if there are any changes to this schedule.
Tax & Duty
Import tax for your country is included in the regular shipping cost. Express shipping is also an option for faster delivery — note that express shipping requires you to handle customs clearance independently.
